Document of support from the Ministry of Education on the Lahav-Robophysics program as part of the Technician and matriculation program

It meets the requirements of the program and even beyond and will allow the dissemination of the program at the national level.
As a physics professor, I see a national interest in implementing the program on a large scale.

Document of support from the Ministry of Education on the Lahav-Robophysics program as part of the Technician and matriculation program

In honor of
Prof. Adam Schwartz
Senior Vice President of the Technion Technion

Greetings,
Re: Recognition of the “Robophysics” academic program for youth to operate within the framework of the Lahav program (for engineering and matriculation).

As a follow-up to a letter from the previous date sent to you and the Dean of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technion, Prof. Nahum Shimkin, in which we stated that we are working to provide full backing for the Robophysics program outline, as defined in the Tuv program (technician and matriculation) – attached (Appendix B).
I would like to clarify that the Ministry of Education supports the LHB-Robophysics program and considers it one of the flagship programs that operate as part of the acceleration tracks of the TOB program (technician and matriculation).
Despite the separation between grades 7-8 and ninth-twelfth grades in the document, the hourly budgeting framework treats acceleration programs as one piece in both the Knesset and the Knesset.

We see great importance in the joint program.

Best regards,
Assaf Menuhin
In charge of post-secondary technological education
